Guarantee policy
Credit card details are requested to guarantee your reservation. In case of a no show, we will charge the entire value of the reservation. However, different conditions may apply depending on the rate chosen.
Cancellation policy
Depending on the chosen rate, the cancellation policy may differ. With a non-refundable price, changes and cancellations are not free of charge. With a Flexible price, your reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 3pm two days before arrival. If the cancellation takes place after this time or in case of no show, we will charge the entire value of the reservation.
Prices & VAT
Tourist tax (€2,97 per person per night) is not included in the room rate.
In all our hotels we use prices including VAT. The VAT percentage is 6%.
