Can I drop off my luggage at Banks?
Individual guests: If you arrive in Antwerp before the check-in time of 15:00, you can drop off your luggage at the reception from 08:00 on the day of arrival. If your room is available, early check-in is possible for an additional fee. This can also be booked in advance upon agreement from Banks Crew and for an additional fee.
On the day of departure, you can also drop off your luggage at the reception until 20:00 (18:00 on Sunday).
Banks is not liable for missing and/or damaged luggage.

Groups of more than five rooms cannot drop off their luggage before 12:00.
