A group reservation is requiered from 3 rooms and will have different conditions. Please contact our reservations department via + 32 (0)3 23 24 002 or hello@banksantwerpen.be for assistance. Questions may then be answered immediately and all agreements can be confirmed.

Check-in is daily from 3pm.

Early check-in is possible if your room is available, please check with the Banks Crew and for an additional fee:

• From 8am for €75,- extra
• From 10am for €35,- extra
• From 1pm for €25,- extra

If you are at the hotel before 3 pm (check-in), you can leave your luggage at the reception from 8am on the day of arrival.

And on the day of departure, you can also leave your luggage at the reception until 8pm (and until 6pm on Sundays).

Banks is not responsible for of loss and/or damage.

Paid parking is available at Parking Cammerpoorte, 140 meters from the hotel (Nationalestraat 38).

Not directly at the hotel, but very easily via the website www.velo-antwerpen.be. Have your identity card and credit card ready and go to the “register” menu.

Bicycles can also be rented at the weekend and during summer at Steenplein and all year round at Central Station.

Banks Healthy Breakfast is served at your table. A complete breakfast consisting of several types of freshly baked bread, sweet and savoury bread toppings, a boiled free-range egg, a crunchy strip of bacon, yoghurt, fresh fruit and/or breakfast cereals, orange juice and unlimited coffee/tea.

Monday to Friday: 7am to 10.30am.

Saturday & Sunday: 7.30am to 11.30am. Sleep in and then have plenty of time for breakfast!

How much does breakfast cost in Banks?

If you have not booked breakfast with your stay, you can do so on arrival at €16,50 per person per breakfast.

Can Banks accommodate dietary requirements at breakfast?

Sure! If you have specific dietary requirements, vegetarian or gluten-free please let us know at least one day in advance before 6pm so that we can take this into account.

Late check out

Late check-out is available based on availability for the following fee:

• Monday to Saturday €35, - check out before 3pm
• Sunday €25, - check out before 5pm

Small (assistance) dogs are allowed in the hotel for an additional fee of €15,- per night per dog. Please inform us beforehand. You are requested to keep your dog on a leash and not to leave it alone in the room, on the bed, on the chairs and/or sofa. In all cases you are responsible for your dog.
